Tasting notes: This is lime heavy gin made with lime zest and kaffir lime leaves, locally sourced from Monbulk. Commonly described as a 'Christmas Spice Gin', this has christmassy spices of cinnamon, nutmeg and all spice.

How to serve: best with Tonic and garnish with a fresh lime wheel

Botanicals: Juniper Berries, Kaffir Lime Leaves, Lime Zest, Cinnamon, Nutmeg & Mace.

On the label, we include not only the botanicals that are in the gin, but also the quantities of each botanical. This means that anyone can recreate it!
